We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery only if:

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • You contact us before sending anything back

  • The return is due to a product defect or incorrect item

2. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not accept returns or offer refunds if:

  • The product has been installed or altered

  • The return is due to incorrect installation or misuse

  • The issue is due to failure to confirm compatibility before ordering

3. Return Process

Contact our support team at support@fuzegoal.com before returning any item.
If the return is approved:

  • We will provide a prepaid return label (for defective or incorrect products)

  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the item

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. A new order must be placed if a different product is desired.
